About us
Rays of Ink is an online studio shop offering original art, stationery, and personalised gift items, operating in Sri Lanka.
Use of the site
You agree to use this website lawfully and only for its intended purpose. You must not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems.
Products & pricing
- All prices are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR / Rs.).
- Because our pieces are handmade, slight variations in colour, size, and finish may occur from the photographs shown — these variations are part of each item's character and are not faults.
- We work hard to keep descriptions and prices accurate, but we reserve the right to correct any errors and to limit order quantities where necessary.
Orders & acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm and dispatch your order. We may cancel an order — for example due to a stock shortage or a pricing error — in which case any payment you have made will be refunded in full.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by PayHere (credit/debit cards and online banking) or by bank transfer. We do not store your card details. Title in the goods passes to you once payment is received in full.

Intellectual property
All artwork, designs, illustrations, photographs, text, logos, and branding on this website are the property of Rays of Ink and are protected by intellectual-property law. You may not reproduce, copy, resell, or distribute any of them without our prior written permission. Purchasing an item does not transfer any copyright or reproduction rights to you.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page.
